Shell Scheme Exhibition Booth

Each display is 3m wide x 3m deep x 2.5m high.

Shell Scheme 

  • Walls: 2.5m high 
  • Colour – white
  • Fascia: Digital print fascia name board sign featuring single colour lettering on a white background
  • A company sign will be installed over each open side Full colour or logo name board signs can be produced at an additional cost (POA)
  • Lighting: 2 x LED spotlights per 3m x 3m booth (9sqm) 
  • Power: 1 x 10amp multibox per 3m x 3m booth (9sqm)
  • Not to be used: screws, nails, adhesives or Velcro hooks
  • To be used: double sided tap and hook and loop Velcro, but you need to apply masking tape the walls first to line up with the adhesive on the back of their prints



Bump In / Out

  Exhibitors need to come to the Registration Desk at arrival to collect their name badge. This name badge needs to be worn when onsite at all times.

Exhibitors need to complete an induction before arriving onsite for bump in: Health and Safety Induction. This induction can be done at any time prior to the conference and is valid for 1 year from the date that it was completed.

Hi Vis Clothing and closed toe shoes need to be worn during bump in and bump out. More information can be found in the Health and Safety Guidelines.

Public Liability Insurance

All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability. It is recommended exhibitors hold public and product liability insurance based on a limit of indemnity to the minimum value of $10 million dollars. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties / visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. We ask exhibitors to provide a copy of their insurance policy and certified currency upon request.

Please ensure all display builders, sub-contractors, suppliers and booth staff are given this information. They must be familiar with the venues regulations of use.



Delivery/ Collection & Loading Dock Information

Loading Dock Information

Loading Dock hours are from 07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday. 

Ensure you use the Delivery Label and Pick Up Label on all goods being delivered or picked up.


Exhibitor Delivery Information

The delivery label needs to be completed accurately in order to ensure the arrival and correct allocation of your goods. 

Please Note: Goods will not be accepted more than 24 hours before your event. 


Pick Up Information

If you intend to dispatch your goods via courier from Te Pae Christchurch after the event, it is important you: 

• Bring a consignment note with you 

• Make sure the consignment note is completed correctly

• Ensure that every package has a label with your return address and the number of items on it (e.g. package 3 of 5)

• Remove all obsolete labels from packages 

Please keep your copy of the consignment note for your reference and the tracking of goods through your courier company. 

Goods are to be collected within 24 hours following the conclusion of the event. Please note: storage charges will apply for goods not collected after this time. 

Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre reserves the right to dispose of any remaining goods one (1) week after the conclusion of the event. 

PLEASE NOTE: All goods/property brought into Te Pae Christchurch or onto Te Pae Christchurch land, is done so at the sole risk of the persons responsible. Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is not responsible for any damage to or theft of the items from the event.
