In acknowledging that all Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and Māori delegates at this conference work between extremely different cultural spaces every day, ANZAHPE and the Australian Medical Council have provided a room as a culturally safe space for the exclusive use of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and Māori delegates. This space has been designed with cultural safety in mind and will provide access to different cultural products.

Need a break to recharge your battery?
This space is available for people who have sensory sensitivities or other hidden disabilities such as autism, anxiety, mental health conditions, dementia, visual impairment and deaf or hearing impaired. This space is also for those who simply need a moment of quiet before getting back to the conference. This space has been designed to provide those who enter with a calm and soothing environment. The space includes sensory activities and a quiet space which allows guests to re-regulate and recharge away from the stimulation of the conference activity.
