How to Book Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only and are in NZ Dollars.
Block Hotel Bookings held by the Event Manager can be booked via the ANZAHPE 2026 registration process. This includes bookings for the Crowne Plaza Christchurch, Novotel and ibis. Bookings via the Event Managers block bookings are available up until 27 May 2026, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
If you have already registered for the ANZAHPE 2026 Conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking (prior to 27 May 2026), please contact the Event Manager at ANZAHPE2026@eventstudio.com.au quoting ANZAHPE 2026 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.
Amending Accommodation Bookings
For bookings made through the Event Manager, please contact Event Studio to advise of any change requests to bookings (prior to 27 May 2026) and refrain from contacting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings (prior to 27 May 2026) must be written via email to ANZAHPE2026@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote ANZAHPE 2026 Accommodation in your email.
Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.
Terms and Conditions
Each hotel has differing terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood individual payment and cancellation policies before booking.
CROWNE PLAZA CHRISTCHURCH
Distance to Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre - 170m

Terms and Conditions for the Crowne Plaza Christchurch
Payment Policy:
- Rates are in NZ dollars - please check with your bank prior to charges being made as they may charge a fee for payments made in a foreign currency
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (27 May 2026) and full payment will be charged by the hotel from this day
- 2% merchant service fee applies to all credit cards
- A credit card in the name of the guest will be required to be presented on arrival to guarantee in room expenses with these to be settled on departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 27th May 2026) without any fees.
- Cancellations made after 30 days prior (27th May 2025 onwards) are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of booking
- Non arrivals/no shows are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).
Other:
- Check-in time is 3.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Onsite parking available - NZ $25 per day, subject to availability
