Poster Presenter Information

We appreciate your time and ask you read the instructions to ensure deadlines and expectations as a Poster Presenter are met. Please find below more details on requirements for presentations. 


  • All Poster Presenters are required to register for their attendance at the conference by 27 September 2024. If you need to make changes to your poster presenter author please contact HSR2024@eventstudio.com.au 

  • The Poster Presentation display area will be incorporated into the conference exhibition area - along with all delegate catering and sponsor trade booths.
  • Posters should be printed no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.
  • Please refer to the program schedule to view the day and time of your poster presentation (using the poster number allocation). Poster presenters are encouraged to stand alongside their poster during their scheduled lunch time period.

  • All posters are displayed for the duration of the conference - to be erected from 8:00am-10:00am Wednesday, 4 December 2024 and to be taken down within one hour of the final programmed session of the conference - Friday, 6 December 2024.

  • The organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of posters.

At the Conference

On Arrival

  • Presenters are requested to report to the registration desk on arrival, where they will be given instructions to the location of the Poster boards to erect their Poster in the correct position. Velcro will be provided.

  • Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.

  • Posters can be erected from 8:00am-10:00am Wednesday, 4 December 2024.

  • A reminder that onsite, the organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of posters.
