Health Services Research Conference Australia and New Zealand 2024

The Health Services Research Association of Australian and New Zealand (HSRAANZ) was founded in 2001 to facilitate communication across the health services research community, to bridge the gap between researchers and policy makers, to promote education and training, and to ensure sustainable of health services research in Australia and New Zealand. Every two years, HSRAANZ holds a 3-day conference to provide its members with an opportunity to hear updates from relevant agencies, share learnings, and discuss the future of health services research.
In 2024, the conference will be held at the Royal International Convention Centre (RICC) in Brisbane from Wednesday 4 - Friday 6 December. The theme of this year’s conference is ‘HEALTH SERVICES RESEARCH IN THE DIGITAL AGE’. More information about the conference sub-themes, including the program, is available HERE.
This year Health Translation Queensland (HTQ) will be supporting consumer participation in the conference by
offering up to three (3) full, or nine (9) single day Consumer Bursary Registrations.
Health Translation Queensland (HTQ) is a partnership organisation that brings together many of Queensland’s major health services, research institutes and universities to collectively address the barriers to effective health research translation. HTQ is one of NHMRC’s 12 accredited Research Translation Centres across Australia.

Health consumers who would like to attend the conference but who are not successful in applying for a HTQ Consumer Bursary Registration, or who have alternative sources of funding and support, should email hsr2024@eventstudio.com.au to register.
Registration fees for health consumers are set at our lowest rate of $630 for full conference registration and $210 for day registration.
