How to Book Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.
**PLEASE NOTE: Block Bookings for the Rydges Fortitude Valley, The Constance, Crystalbrook Vincent, Direct Hotels, Annexe Apartments and Hotel X are now closed.**
Block Hotel Bookings held by the Event Manager can be booked via the HSR 2024 registration process. This includes bookings for the Rydges Fortitude Valley, The Constance, Crystalbrook Vincent, Direst Hotels - Pavilion and Governor on Brookes, Annex Apartments and Hotel X. Bookings via the Event Managers block bookings are available up until 3 November 2024, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
If you have already registered for the HSR 2024 Conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking (prior to 3 November 2024), please contact the Event Manager at HSR2024@eventstudio.com.au quoting HSR 2024 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.
Amending Accommodation Bookings

BLOCK HOTEL BOOKINGS are held by the Event Manager and can be booked conveniently via the HSR 2024 registration form. Event Studio have negotiated a special HSR 2024 rate specifically for delegates attending.

Terms and Conditions for the Rydges Fortitude Valley
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (3 November 2024) and full-payment will be charged by the hotel on this day
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 3 November 2024).
- Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival (from 4 November 2024 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation booking.
Other:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served in Six Acres Restaurant and is included for one, additional buffet breakfast available for $28 per person, pre-booked or $34 per person on consumption.
- Wi-Fi is provided complimentary for all in-house guests
- The hotel does not have its own carpark, however there is a carpark next door which is subject to availability and offered to our guests at a flat rate of $30 per night. To access the guest rate you will need to register your number plate at reception. As it is not operated by the hotel it is subject to availability and the price is subject to change. Once your car is registered you are able to enter and exit the carpark as much as you need.

- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 3 November 2024).
- Any cancellation made within 7 – 0 days prior (26th November onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will be charged a one (1) night room charge including GST.
Other:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am.
- The Constance have an onsite restaurant called the Rose Room. Check out their website for menus and prices
- Wi-Fi is provided complimentary for all in-house guests
- Self-parking is available offsite in a secure carpark complimentary (One car per booking). Please phone prior to arrival for a pin code for access to the carpark.

- Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival (from 27 November 2024 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation booking.
