Registration Packages
In 2023, delivery via a face-to-face conference will be an important way for us all to reconnect as a community and we look forward to welcoming delegates to the Gold Coast.
For any delegates unable to attend in person and who would still like to take part in the conference, a virtual on-demand post conference access option will also be available. Scroll down for further details on all packages available.
Conference Registration (Face to Face)
Registration Fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST
The Full, Student and Retiree registration fees includes:
- All Conference sessions
- Morning/afternoon teas and lunch (Tuesday -Thursday)
- Welcome Reception (Monday 26 June)
- Conference Dinner (Wednesday 28 June)
- On Demand access (post conference)
The Day registration fees include all Conference sessions on one day - Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 or Thursday 29 June 2023 - and day time catering on the nominated day. Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner are not included in day registrations and will be at an additional cost.

*1 - Member Rate. To be eligible for member rates, you must be a financial member of ANZAHPE at the time of registration. Please note: Registration options which include membership will provide you with 12 months ANZAHPE Membership.
*2 - Members wanting to renew membership and Non-Members wanting to join have the opportunity to register inclusive of 12 months ANZAHPE membership. If you wish to take advantage of this option, you must select "Registration incl. Membership" on the online registration form. Your name/email address will be passed on to the ANZAHPE Secretariat who will confirm membership.
*3 - Students / retirees / financial hardship / delegates from developing countries do not have to provide confirmation or status - the conference organisers trust attendees who take up this option only if they fall into this category. As a reference, the following is a list of developing countries as declared by the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
Conference Registration (Virtual On-Demand)
For any delegates not able to attend the conference in person, the virtual on-demand post conference access option will also be available.
The On-Demand Package offers post conference access to a virtual platform containing pre-recorded presentations from the Conference (On-Demand includes Oral Presentations ONLY. Please note, PeArLS, Symposium, Workshops and Masterclasses will not be available On-Demand). On-Demand will be made available via an access link, provided to registrants the week after the conference. The On-Demand access will be available for 6 months post conference.
