Instructions for Poster Presenters

We appreciate your time and ask you read the instructions to ensure deadlines and expectations as a Poster Presenter are met. Please find below more details on requirements for presentations. 

The in-person Conference will feature a Poster Presentation display area. Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.

As part of your Poster Presentation, you will also be allocated a 6 minute Poster Presentation (3 minutes to present + 3 minutes for discussion).

Please refer to the program schedule to view your poster presentation allocation.

Only presenting authors are listed on the program and will display as per your original submission. If the author/s listed on the program are not the presenting author/s, or you wish to withdraw your presentation, please advise the Conference Manager at your earliest convenience by emailing ANZAHPE2023@eventstudio.com.au.

Poster Presentation Instructions 

  • All Presenters are to register for their attendance at the conference by 1 May 2023.
  • The In Person Conference will feature a Poster Presentation display area and Poster Presenters are expected to attend and bring along their printed poster/s for display.
  • Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.
  • Posters can be erected from 7:30am, Tuesday 27 June, 2023. Posters must be taken down between 12:30pm and 2:00pm Thursday 29 June, 2023. All poster presenters should be alongside their poster during scheduled poster presentation times.
  • Posters are to be erected by Poster Presenters on arrival.  It is your own responsibility to print and bring along your poster. The event organisers accept no responsibility in receiving or erecting posters. 
  • Poster PDF's are further required for the On-Demand Portal accessible by all delegates post event. Poster PDF's can be uploaded via the Poster Portal. Your personalised link to the Poster Portal will have been sent via email with your abstract acceptance advice, with instructions for you to follow. There is the option to also submit a 3 minute poster presentation video to accompany your PDF Poster. Information on how to upload via a drop box link is provided in the Poster Portal.
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of posters onsite at the ANZAHPE Conference.


ACTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE

Presenter Registration

A presenter is deemed the nominated person/s who will present a poster presentation. All presenting authors must register by 1 May 2023. Please use the unique link sent to your nominated email to register where possible. This link will save you time as it has pre populated information and links to your presentation account in the Conference Managers system. Co-presenters can register via the registration form here.

Poster PDF Instructions 

  • We require all poster presenters to upload your poster in PDF format ahead of the in-person event on the Gold Coast. These will be displayed in the On-Demand Poster Gallery available post event.
  • Poster presenters have been sent an email with a personalised link into your poster portal account to upload your Poster PDF.
  • All Poster PDF's need to be uploaded by the 29 May 2023.

3 minute Video Poster Presentations (optional)

  • You have the option of providing a pre-recorded poster presentations for the On-Demand portal. Presentations need to be 3 minutes maximum in length and will accompany your poster in the On-Demand Poster Gallery available on the Virtual Platform.
  • All video presentations must be uploaded in MP4 Format.
  • You will not have the opportunity to make any edits once the files have been uploaded.
  • To upload your completed pre-recorded video, please enter the Poster Portal by using your personalised link sent via email.


ACTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS AT THE CONFERENCE

On Arrival

Bring Along Your Printed Poster

Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.

Posters can be erected from 7:30am, Tuesday 27 June, 2023. Posters must be taken down between 12:30pm and 2:00pm Thursday 29 June, 2023.

All poster presenters should be alongside their poster during the scheduled breaks and poster viewing times. Please refer to the program schedule to view the day and time of your presentation HERE. The program is subject to change, please ensure you download the most recent program. 

A reminder that onsite, the organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of posters.

Presenter Registration

Presenters are requested to report to the registration desk on arrival, where they will be given instructions to the location of the Poster boards to erect their Poster in the correct position. Velcro will be provided to you.


PUBLICATION OF PRESENTATIONS

Access to Presentations

Following live presentations at the In-Person event on the Gold Coast, pre-recorded presentations provided by presenters will be made available for 6 months after the Conference via the On-Demand Portal. On-Demand content will be password/pin protected and only accessible to those with valid registrations.

ANZAHPE holds the continuing right to use, distribute, archive, copy and edit pre-recordings and all supporting material accompanying the Presentation, in whole or in part for 6 months after the conference. Authors retain copyright of all material.
