Block bookings and/or exclusive conference discount codes have been negotiated by the Conference Manager
at select hotels close to the venue, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC).
Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Conference dates only and do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.
Block bookings held by the Conference Manager can be booked via the Conference registration process. This includes bookings for the Dorsett Gold Coast and the Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. Bookings via the Conference Managers block bookings are available up until 24 May 2023 after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment. **PLEASE NOTE: Block Bookings for the Sofitel Gold Coast and Dorsett Gold Coast are now closed.**
If you have already registered for the conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking, please contact ANZAHPE2023@eventstudio.com.au quoting ANZAHPE2023 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.
Any direct hotel discount links are to be booked on delegates own accord, and instructions on how to book these are contained within the hotel’s information listed below.
AMENDING ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
For bookings made through the Conference Manager, please contact Event Studio to advise of any change requests to bookings and refrain from contracting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings must be written via email to ANZAHPE2023@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote ANZAHPE2023 Accommodation in your email.
Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.

Terms and Conditions for Dorsett Gold Coast
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Conference Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (25 May 2023) for full-payment by hotel prior to arrival.
- As per the terms and conditions of booking, the Dorsett Gold Coast will be charging guests credit cards from 25 May. If you require a receipt, please contact reservations.goldcoast@dorsetthotels.com with your reservation details (i.e. name on reservation and stay dates), and the hotel can reply back to your email with a payment receipt.
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 24 May 2023).
- Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival (from 25 May 2023 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 3.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Breakfast is not included in the above rate.
- Early check-in: If you have an early morning arrival or require an early check-in, the hotel recommend you make a room reservation the night prior to the arrival date, otherwise this request is subject to availability.
- Late check-out: A minimum charge may be imposed for any request for late check-out after 11.00am.
