Registration

 

Which registration option do I choose?
If you are not already a member of ANZAHPE, you have the option of taking up a registration with the inclusion of one year’s membership, which is the same cost as full registration. If you are a student, retiree, or in financial hardship, there is a reduced rate available.

 

What do you mean by “student”?
A student is anyone studying (part time or full time) a health professions or health professions education degree. This can be an initial qualifying degree, or post-graduate further study.

 

What do you mean by “financial hardship”?
We are aware that many members and potential members may have faced financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and therefore offer a reduced registration cost. We trust that members and guests who take up this option will do so in an ethical and professional manner[1] .

 

What is included in my Registration?
The ANZAHPE Festival provide delegates access to a strong program across four jammed packed days of content. Other features of the Virtual Platform include access to the Meeting Hub to network with other colleagues, interacting with speakers through the Q&A chat box and being a part of the many live Q&A sessions. The Virtual Platform is a great resource for all delegates to watch and engage live or take advantage of the on-demand feature and view at their own leisure.

 

Will a day registration be available?
Given the online nature of the Festival and the ability for attendees to have access to most of the Festival sessions [2] On Demand for 2 months after the event, there will be no day registration offered. The added feature of being able to watch all content on-demand means you won’t miss a session providing delegates the convenience to watch later if unavailable to attend a session or a day due to other commitments. All delegates can participate in the program live or take advantage of the on-demand feature and view at their own leisure.

  

When will I receive my log in / access to the Virtual Platform?
Each delegate will be issued their own personalised link to log into the Virtual Platform. This will be issued the day prior to the Festival on Monday 5 July. It is recommended you take some time to log into the platform in advance of the event to set up your profile, star the sessions you wish to attend and familiarise yourself with the platform.
