PeARLS presentation instructions

The ANZAHPE Festival will be delivered using an easy-to-use virtual platform. Attendees will join your live presentation at the scheduled time.

Going virtual means we need to be more organised ahead of the live event dates. We appreciate your time and ask that you read the instructions to ensure deadlines and expectations as a PeArLS presenter are met.

PeArLS Presentations

Each PeArLS Presentation is session is 45 minutes made up of a 5 minute presentation, 35 minute audience discussion plus 5 minute wrap up
Each PeArLS session is scheduled for 45 minutes even if they are a sole PeArLS scheduled for a 60 minute session on July 8th.
PeArLS Presentations are executed live so checking the program is essential to confirm your scheduled day and time. Keep in mind different time zones. Please download the Conference Program
Attending a briefing session is a requirement of all PeArLS Presenters. Details to be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Presenter Registration

All presenting authors must register and pay by 5th June 2021. Please use the unique link sent to your nominated email. A presenter is deemed the nominated person/s who will deliver the PeArLS presentation.

Live Information

Your involvement as a PeArLS Presenter will be executed live. Attendees will be able to engage in the session in a workshop style environment and have the ability to engage with other participants in small working groups. There will be a limit on the number of participants in your PeArLS Presentation to ensure the quality of the attendee experience.

Presenters will be required online 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. Further instructions on how to log in and join the live will be provided at the briefing session.

Touchpoint Technical Support

ANZAHPE Festival have engaged the professional services of TouchPoint who are specialists in configuring virtual events. Touchpoint will work with Event Studio and the ANZAHPE Festival Committee to ensure the program is delivered seamlessly and in a way that maximises Presenter and attendee engagement.

To ensure the smooth execution of the PeArLS Presentations, TouchPoint will assist with presenter briefings, technical support and delivery of the live event.

Publication of Presentations

Access to presentations post conference
Presentations and live Q & A/panel discussions will be made available to ANZAHPE Members for up to 12 months and non-member registrants for 2 months after the Festival. All on demand content will be password/pin protected and only accessible to those with valid registrations.
