Free Scholarship presentation instructions

Abstracts submitted and accepted as a Free Scholarship Presentation will be delivered as a pre-recorded Oral Presentation.

Pre-recorded presentations and live Q&As will be the foundation of the ANZAHPE Festival program when delivered live through the virtual platform.

We have chosen an easy-to-use virtual platform with an interactive timeline which will create a seamless and smooth viewing experience. Attendees will view your presentation at the scheduled time allocation and will have access to your presentation to view again after the event.

Live Q & A panel sessions are intended to facilitate attendee engagement and interaction. These are scheduled throughout the concurrent sessions to allow attendees to ask presenters questions. We request that all presenters are ready to participate by being online at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled live Q&A.
