Block bookings and/or exclusive conference discount codes have been negotiated by the Conference Manager
at select hotels close to the venue, the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC).
Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Conference dates only and do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.

HOW TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.
Block bookings held by the Conference Manager can be booked via the Conference registration process. This includes bookings for the The Holiday Inn Express, The Oval Hotel and Adelaide Rockford. Bookings via the Conference Managers block bookings are available up until 28 October 2025 after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
If you have already registered for the conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking, please contact ASCILITE2025@eventstudio.com.au quoting ASCILITE2025 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.
Any direct hotel discount links are to be booked on delegates own accord, and instructions on how to book these are contained within the hotel’s information listed below.
AMENDING ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
For bookings made through the Conference Manager, please contact Event Studio to advise of any change requests to bookings and refrain from contracting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings must be written via email to ASCILITE2025@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote ASCILITE 2025 Accommodation in your email.
Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.

Each hotel has differing terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood individual payment and cancellation policies before booking.

Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel at 30 days prior to the conference (28 October 2025) and full-payment will be charged by the hotel on this day
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Prior to 30 day (up until the 28 October 2025) – no cancellation fee
- 30 days or less (29 October 2025 onwards) – any nights cancelled will incur 100% cancellation fee
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilised (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am.
- Free Express Start breakfast daily.
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi – unlimited and available on multiple devices
- Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre does not have an onsite car park. Car parking is available offsite at Car Park on Blyth Street, next door to the hotel. The hotel has discounted exit tickets for $25 per exit available for purchase Front Desk.

Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (28 October 2025)
- Full-payment by hotel will be taken on the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation 30 days prior to the conference (28 October 2025)
- On check in, guests will be required to provide a credit card for $100 per night pre-authorization to cover incidental charges
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made prior to 30 days to your arrival (up until the 28 October 2025).
- Any cancellation made less 30 days or less to your arrival (from 29 October 2025 onwards) are subject to a 100% of your full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty.
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilised.
Other:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Minimum of 2 nights per room
- Overnight carparking is available for $30.00 per vehicle, per night.
- Breakfast is not included in the above rate.

Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (28 October 2025).
- Full-payment by hotel will be taken on the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation 7 days prior to the conference (23 November 2025).
- Security deposits will be taken on check in.
- 1.4% charge applies to credit cards
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations can be made prior to 30 days to arrival (any time prior to 28 October 2025) without incurring a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations made between 30 - 15 days prior to arrival (from 28 October 2025 to 14 November 2025) are subject to one night's accommodation payable of your accommodation booking.
- Any cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival (from 15 November 2025) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am.
- Breakfast is not included in the above rate but can be organised directly with the hotel at an additional $22.00pp (Continental) - $33.00pp (Full Buffet).
- Undercover Car Parking is available for $29 per vehicle, per night (spaces are limited).
