Instructions for Full Paper Presenters

We appreciate your time and ask that you review the instructions carefully to ensure deadlines and expectations are met. Below are the detailed requirements for presentations.

Papers submitted and accepted as Full Papers Presentations will be delivered live at the Conference. Full Paper Presentations are 20 minutes for presentations plus 5 -minute Q&A (plus 5 minutes for presenter change over).

Please ensure you follow the detailed instructions below.

Confirm Author(s) and Affiliations:

Upload Final Paper following correct template and addressing reviewer feedback:

Final Presentation Portal

All authors were emailed with advice of the outcome of their submission on Wednesday 3 September.

Use your personalised Final Presentation Portal Link to:

  1. Access the comments from Reviewers

  2. Update Author(s) and Affiliations

  3. Ensure your Presenting Authors is selected and update Presenter Bio

  4. Upload Final Full Paper ready for journal publication 


Access Reviewer Comments

To access review comments, log into your Final Presentation Portal using your personalised link. 

Access the 'Edit Paper' Tab at the top of the menu / navigation to access your submissions. 

Please note, the red exclamation mark notes there is a paper listed that can be edited. 

A list of your submission will appear. 

  • For papers that were accepted, click on the button 'Edit'. 
  • For papers that were not accepted, the button will appear as 'View'. 

Your original submission will appear with 'Reviewer Comments' showing as the first tab on the left had side of the menu / navigation. 


Confirm Author(s) and Affiliations

Using the menu / navigation on the left hand side, click on 'Authors and Affiliations'.

On this tab you will be able to enter all authors involved in the presentation. Please click on 'Add Author' to add more authors to the portal.

This information will be accessible on the Conference App when onsite at the ASCILITE Conference.


Confirm Presenting Author and Bio

When adding Authors and Affiliations, please ensure you tick the box 'Presenter' for the author presenting the presentation at the conference. 

In addition, please review the 'Presenting Author Bio' box to ensure it matches the presenting author. 

This information will be accessible on the Conference App when onsite at the ASCILITE Conference.


Upload Final Full Paper 

Please refer to the FINAL Full Paper template adjacent: 

  • Consider to the reviewer comments when making your last changes and uploading your final version
  • Please ensure you use the template provided adjacent which is 10 pages maximum (including APA references) 
  • Include Authors and Affiliations within your Final Paper following the template provided

When ready to upload your final submission ready for publication in the ASCILITE journal, please use the 'Browse' button.

To complete the submission, please navigate to the 'Review' tab, agree to the terms and conditions and click 'SUBMIT'

Full Paper Presentation Instructions

  • All Presenters are to register for their attendance at the conference by Tuesday 30 September 2025.

  • Prior to attending the Conference in Adelaide, checking the program is essential to confirm your allocated session and time.

  • Authors of accepted abstracts are expected to present live at the Conference in Adelaide. 

  • Accepted Full Paper Presentations are 20 minutes in duration plus 5 minutes Q&A (plus 5 minutes for presenter change over).

  • Full Paper Presentations must not be any longer than the allocated time slot and the nominated chairperson onsite will ensure the program stays on time.
