Instructions for Poster Presenters

We appreciate your time and ask that you review the instructions carefully to ensure deadlines and expectations are met. Below are the detailed requirements for presentations.

Posters will be displayed in the exhibition area of the conference. There will be a Poster Drinks session on Monday 1 December at 5pm where all presenters will stand alongside their poster during their scheduled poster viewing session.

Poster Presentation Instructions

  • All Presenters are to register for their attendance at the conference by Tuesday 30 September 2025.

  • All poster presenters should stand alongside their poster during scheduled Poster Drinks session on Monday from 5:00pm.

  • Posters should be considered a snapshot of your work intended to engage colleagues in a dialog about the work, providing a summary that will encourage the reader to want to learn more.

  • Posters are displayed for the duration of the Conference. Posters can be erected from 5:00pm Sunday 30 November 2025 and must be removed after lunch on Wednesday 3 December. 

  • Each poster presenter is provided with a poster board to display their poster. The recommended poster size is A0 portrait style 841mm wide by 1189mm high (please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide). Poster boards are Velcro compatible.

  • The organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of posters.

On Arrival

Preparing your POSTER Presentation for the Conference

Please refer to the program schedule to view the day and time of your presentation HERE. The program is subject to change; please ensure you download the most recent program. 

All poster presenters should be alongside their poster during the Poster Drinks session on Monday from 5:00pm - 6:00pm for any questions.

It is your responsibility to bring your printed A0 portrait size poster with you and to put it up on the poster board! 

Poster presenters are requested to report to the registration desk on arrival, where they will be given instructions on the location of the Poster Presentation area (posters will be in Exhibition Hall L). Your poster numbers will be displayed on the poster boards located in the Poster Display area onsite. Please refer to the most up to date program to determine your poster number or see staff at the registration desk. 

Posters can be erected from 5.00pm Sunday 30 November and need to be taken down at lunch time on Wednesday 3 December. Velcro will be provided on request at the registration desk for you to erect your poster.

Speaker Support is located on level 1, in the city room foyers.

Registration Desk

Please report to the Registration desk on arrival at the ACC, located in foyer M (we suggest entering ACC through the West Entrance).
