Saturday 27 August
- Afternoon: Pre-Conference Tour; 2.00pm from Tamworth airport. Tour will visit breeding sites at Breeza and Mullaley on-route to and overnight in Narrabri at your choice of Assembly accommodation.
- Evening: Pre-Conference Tour; 7:30pm Group dinner in Narrabri
Sunday 28 August
- Day: Pre-Conference Tour continues with visits to breeding cites at Croppa Creek and North Star, returning to Narrabri by 6:00pm
- Evening: 6:30pm - 9:30pm Welcome Reception, Club Narrabri
