Preparing your Presentation for the Conference
Please refer to the program schedule to view the day and time of your presentation HERE. The program is subject to change, please ensure you download the most recent program.
Session Room
The session room will be equipped with a laptop, lectern and data projector. It is recommended that you use the venue laptop and play back devices.
If you must use your own laptop, please advise this office before 5 August 2022. Ensure you bring the appropriate adaptors.
The preferred method of presentation is via PowerPoint. PowerPoint presentations should be prepared in wide screen 16:9 (not standard 4:3 format). You must bring your presentation to the conference on USB Flash drive for it to be loaded by an audio visual technician in a speakers’ preparation area. Please have your presentation saved under your last/family name.
If you are using an embedded video as part of your presentation please advise the AV technician in advance of your talk so any necessary checks can be done well in advance to avoid any disruption during your presentation.
Presenter Registration
Presenters are requested to report to the registration desk on arrival. You will be directed to the speaker preparation area where your presentation will be uploaded and verified. All presenters are asked to ensure their presentation is uploaded with the AV Technician well in advance of their talk to avoid any problems when you present.
