Poster Presenter Information
We appreciate your time and ask you read the instructions to ensure deadlines and expectations as a Poster Presenter are met. Please find below more details on requirements for presentations. 


Registration

All presenters are required to register and pay by 30 September 2022

Poster Presentations
Please refer to the program schedule to view the day and time of your Poster Presentation.

The Poster Display will change over the 3 days of the conference duration and your poster has been allocated to for display for one specific day. These days are as follows:

  • Wednesday 30 November
  • Thursday 1 December
  • Friday 2 December

Poster Presentation Instructions:

  • All Presenters are to register for their attendance at the conference by 30 September 2022.
  • The In Person Conference will feature a Poster Presentation display area.
  • Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.
  • Posters can be erected from 8:00am on the morning of your allocated display day and must be taken down within one hour of the final programmed event of the day.
  • Poster presenters are encouraged to stand alongside their poster during scheduled break times while their poster is on display.
  • Poster PDF's are required for the post conference portal, and will increase the visibility of your work by making your poster available to all delegates for an additional 4 months through the ‘on demand’ package. Your personalised link to upload your PDF to the Poster Portal was sent in your abstract acceptance email. There is the option to also submit a 3 minute poster presentation video to accompany your PDF Poster. Information on how to upload via a drop box link is provided in the Poster Portal.
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of posters.


Prior to the Conference

Registration and Poster PDF/Optional 3 Minute Video

  • All presenting authors must register by 30 September 2022. Please use the unique link sent to your nominated email. A presenter is deemed the nominated person/s who will present an oral paper.
  • We require all poster presenters to upload your poster in PDF format ahead of the in person event in Sydney. These will be displayed in the On-Demand Poster Gallery available post Conference. 
  • Poster presenters have been sent an email with a personalised link into your poster portal account to upload your Poster PDF.
  • All Poster PDF's need to be uploaded by the 31 October 2022.
  • There is the option to also submit a 3 minute poster presentation video to accompany your PDF Poster. Pre-recorded poster presentations will be 3 minutes maximum in length and will accompany your poster in the On Demand Poster Gallery available on the Virtual Platform.
  • All video presentations must be uploaded in MP4 Format.
  • You will not have the opportunity to make any edits once the files have been uploaded.
  • To upload your completed pre-recorded video, please enter the Poster Portal by using your personalised link sent via email.

At the Conference

On Arrival

Presenters are requested to report to the registration desk on arrival, where they will be given instructions to the location of the Poster boards to erect their Poster in the correct position. Velcro will be provided.

Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.

Posters can be erected from 8:00am on the morning of your allocated display day and must be taken down within one hour of the final programmed event of the day.

All poster presenters should be alongside their poster during the scheduled breaks and poster viewing times. 

A reminder that onsite, the organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of posters.
