Where can i access the the most up to date HSR 2022 Conference Program ?
Our team are updating the program regularly. The downloadable conference program available HERE is the most up to date program.
I am a presenter, how do i upload my presentation onsite at the HSR 2022 Conference?
When presenting In-Person at The University of Sydney, a Speaker Support area is available for all speakers to speak to a technician and upload your PowerPoint slides. Your slides will be networked to the room you are presenting in and available on the desktop when standing at the lectern to present. Uploading your slides with speaker support needs to be down in advance of your scheduled presentation.

I am a Poster Presenter, what do i need to know?
For Poster Presenters, please refer to the most up to date program here to determine your poster number and poster presentation day. This number will be displayed on the poster boards located in William Magarey North. All poster presenters must print and bring their poster to the conference venue. Velcro will be provided on request at the registration desk.
When will registration desk for the 12th Health Services Research Conference open?
Registration Desk is located in the entrance of the Abercrombie Building at the University of Sydney, adjacent the café.

Wednesday 30 November: 08:00 – 17:00
Thursday 1 December: 07:00 – 17:00
Friday 2 December: 07:00 – 15:00
I have special dietary requirements, how will these be accommodated onsite at the HSR 2022 conference? ’
If you have advised the conference organisers of any special dietary requirements, the information has been forwarded to the catering company, but you will need to identify yourself to the catering staff onsite at the event.
Will there be a Conference App?
Yes, there will be and details on how to download the conference app will be emailed to all delegates on Tuesday 29 November. If attending in person in Sydney in 2022, HSR 2022 conference app can further add to your conference experience:
Program
The app allows you to search for speakers and sessions and create your own personalised program by ‘starring’ your favourites. You can view abstracts, along with connecting with sponsors and exhibitors.
Making Connections
All delegates are assigned a unique QR Code. This code will be printed and displayed on all delegate name badges and is also accessible via the conference app. Scan colleagues QR code to make connections and exchange details.
