**INFORMATION CHANGED - PLEASE READ**

Management at DSV Fairs and Events have unfortunately just shared the news that at the end of May 2022, all Fairs and Events activities within Australia will cease, scaling down of operations has already commenced.

What this means for ANZSNM ASM 2022:

Sponsors/Exhibitors can no longer use DSV for any freight services and are no longer required to use the DSV Portal for loading dock scheduling.

Sponsors/Exhibitors will need to coordinate own freight using the BCEC Exhibitor Delivery Label based on the following loading dock instructions:

NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO WEDNESDAY 11th MAY 2022
ALL GOODS TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 7.00 AM & 4.00 PM WEEKDAYS

Sponsors/Exhibitors items will be brought to confirmed booth/stand location by the BCEC Loading Dock team, during scheduled Exhibitor Bump-In - Friday, 13 May: 1.00pm - 3.00pm.

Sponsors/Exhibitors to coordinate own freight for post conference collection from the same BCEC delivery point:

Delegates will be in the exhibition area during scheduled refreshment breaks. We recommend displays are staffed during scheduled breaks but the exhibition area will remain open/accessible from commencement of sessions until the close of each day.

ANZSNM ASM 2022 will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Please note that Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre require all contractors, staff and exhibitors to complete an online safety induction prior to coming onsite. Please click here to complete this prior to coming onsite.

Raw Space

Raw Space is suitable for custom built stands. For sponsors building a custom booth, a blueprint of booth construction is required for approval by the venue.

Exhibition Delivery Information

All deliveries must be scheduled in with the BCEC Loading Dock unless using DVS Global Integrated Logistics/Agility as your freight forwarder. All deliveries which are booked with the loading lock and/or Agility will automatically be delivered to your exhibition booth and returned to the loading dock at the conclusion of the event.

Exhibition deliveries may only occur during the occupancy of the exhibition space. Deliveries arriving without a booking or prior to the allocated move in period will not be accepted.

It is strongly recommended that any exhibitor transporting freight to and from the BCEC use the services of a specialised exhibition focused freight forwarder. This will avoid potential problems with customs, duties, and deliveries outside designated times.

Storage

There will be limited on-site storage facilities for packing materials and boxes. It is recommended that exhibitors consider their storage needs (of packing crates and freight forwarding materials) for the duration of the exhibition. Exhibitors may not leave boxes and packing material in the exhibition display area during the show.

Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Sponsor or Exhibitor
Once a booking has been confirmed for Sponsorship or Exhibition opportunities, any cancellation received by 31 March 2022 an administration fee of 15% of the total price will be retained. If the cancellation is received after 31 March 2022, no refund is applicable.

All cancellations are to be received in writing and acknowledgment received from the Conference Secretariat within 72 hours of lodging cancellation (subject to public holidays).

Public Liability Insurance

All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability. It is recommended exhibitors hold public and product liability insurance based on a limit of indemnity to the minimum value of $10 million dollars. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties / visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. We ask exhibitors to provide a copy of their insurance policy and certified currency upon request.

Please ensure all display builders, sub-contractors, suppliers and booth staff are given this information. They must be familiar with the venues regulations of use.
