POSTER PRESENTATIONS


ANZSNM 2022 will deliver an exciting program with a mixture of international and local speakers providing knowledge exchange, thought provoking topics, and important delegate opportunities for contribution and discussion at our first in person meeting since the world was shut down by the COVID-19 pandemic.  

We appreciate your time and ask you read the instructions to ensure deadlines and expectations as an oral or poster presenter are met. Please find below more details on requirements for presentations.

PLEASE NOTE: With the Conference going ahead in a in person format, presenters are required to:

  • 1) PRIOR TO THE EVENT: Provide a Poster PDF and opportunity to upload a Pre-recorded Presentation: A Poster Gallery will be built into the On Demand Portal, an online portal available for delegates to watch at their own convenience post conference. As a Poster Presenter, you have the opportunity to upload a 3 minute video explaining your poster. This can accompany your Poster PDF and will also be available in the Poster Gallery in the On-Demand Portal.
         AND;

  • 2) AT THE IN PERSON EVENT: Attend the In Person Conference and display your Poster Presentation: as part of submitting an abstract and being accepted into the program, you agree to register and attend the in person conference in Brisbane and present to a live audience during the Poster Walk Session.

Poster Presentation Instructions - OVERVIEW

  • Poster PDF's are to be uploaded via the Poster Portal. Your personalised link to the Poster Portal was sent in your acceptance advice email.
  • There is the option to also submit a 3 minute poster presentation video. This will accompany your PDF Poster. Information on how to upload 
    via a drop box link is provided in the Poster Portal.
  • The In Person Conference will feature a Poster Presentation display area.
  • Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.
  • Posters can be erected between 8.00am and 10.30am Saturday 14 May 2022. Posters must be taken down between 2.00pm and 3.00pm Sunday 15 May 2022.
  • All poster presenters should be alongside their poster during the scheduled poster walk 13:15-14:00 Saturday 14 May 2022.
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of posters.
  • All Poster Presenters are required to register for the conference by 31 March, 2022


1) PRIOR TO THE EVENT 

Presenter Registration

  • All presenting authors must register 31 March 2022. A presenter is deemed the nominated person/s who will present the poster presentation. Please use the unique link sent to your nominated email.

Poster PDF Instructions

  • All posters need to be uploaded in PDF format for display in the on line On-Demand Poster Gallery available post Conference  
  • All posters need to be uploaded by the 15 April 2022.

Poster Pre-recorded Presentation (optional)

  • Pre-recorded poster presentations will be 3 minutes maximum in length 
  • All video presentations must be uploaded in MP4 Format 
  • You will not have the opportunity to make any edits once the files have been uploaded.
  • To upload your completed pre-recorded video, please enter the Poster Portal by using your personalised link sent via email.

To upload, re-enter the presentation portal by using your personalised link sent via email. 

Easy to follow instructions on how to submit are available on the presentation portal.

4. In Person Poster Presentation  

Create a poster following the below guidelines: 

Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom].  

Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.

Bring your Poster with you to the In Person Conference in Brisbane.



2) AT THE IN PERSON EVENT

On Arrival:

Presenters are requested to report to the registration desk on arrival, where they will be given instructions to the location of the Poster boards to erect their Poster in the correct position. Velcro will be provided.

Posters should be no larger than AO portrait size i.e. 841mm wide [left to right] x 1189mm high [top to bottom]. Please ensure your poster does not exceed 841mm wide.

Posters can be erected between 8.00am and 10.30am Saturday 14 May 2022. Posters must be taken down between 2.00pm and 3.00pm Sunday 15 May 2022.
