Parking

The City of Perth operates paid parking located underneath the Centre. If you prefer to travel by car, there is direct access from Perth's main freeway, Mitchell Freeway.

Parking

The ‘Convention Centre Car Park’ is owned and operated by the City of Perth. This 1,500-bay car park is accessible via Mill Street, Mounts Bay Road and the Riverside Drive off-ramp of the Mitchell Freeway. Access is restricted to cars and motorcycles with a maximum clearance of 2.1 metres. No trailers are permitted. Payment for parking can be made by cash, or all major credit cards and EFTPOS. https://www.cityofperthparking.com.au/convention- centre.

Please note, there are no service lifts from the car par, and all unloading and loading of materials for events at The Centre is via the loading dock. The Centre and the organiser accepts no responsibility for theft of, or damage to vehicles parked in the car park, and it is in the owner’s interest to remove all valuables from vehicles.

Alternative Parking There are approximately 5,000 car parking spaces within 10 minutes’ walk of The Centre; early bird parking or long stay parking is available at the following locations: 

Westralia Square 141 St Georges Terrace Entrance via Mounts Bay Road 

His Majesty’s Theatre 377 Murray Street, Perth Entrance opposite 

His Majesty’s Theatre Council House 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth Entrance via St Georges Terrace.


Shell Scheme Exhibition Booth

Each display is 3m wide x 3m deep x 2.4m high.

Shell Scheme 

  • Walls: 2.4m high Velcro-compatible frontrunner covered Corinthian walls
  • Colour – black
  • Fascia: Digital print fascia name board sign featuring single colour lettering on a white background
  • A company sign will be installed over each open side Full colour or logo name board signs can be produced at an additional cost (POA)
  • Lighting: 2 x LED spotlights per 3m x 3m booth (9sqm) 
  • Power: 1 x 4amp power point per 3m x 3m booth (9sqm)
  • Not to be used: Pins, staples, screws, nails, bolts, paint or double-sided adhesive tape
  • To be used: Velcro, hook & chain

Public Liability Insurance

All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability. It is recommended exhibitors hold public and product liability insurance based on a limit of indemnity to the minimum value of $10 million dollars. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties / visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. We ask exhibitors to provide a copy of their insurance policy and certified currency upon request.

Please ensure all display builders, sub-contractors, suppliers and booth staff are given this information. They must be familiar with the venues regulations of use.



Delivery/ Collection & Loading Dock Information

Loading Dock

  • Loading Dock hours are open specifically for out event as follows
    Monday 30 June  05:00 – 17:00
    Thursday 3 July 15:00 – 20:00 
  • If the loading dock is unattended, please call Security on 08 9338 0334


Exhibitor Delivery Information

The Delivery Notice must be completed accurately in order to ensure the arrival and correct allocation of your goods. Please download the Delivery Notice above listed under Important Links.

Please note: Goods will not be accepted earlier than the allocated bump in day. For ANZAHPE 2024 this means Sponsors / Exhibitors are able to deliver from Monday 30 June 2025.  

Please note the below:

  • Deliveries MUST occur during the official move in period of the event and PCEC will not accept deliveries of any goods on behalf of Exhibitors
     
  • PCEC accepts no responsibility for the safety of any such items delivered to the site in the absence of the Exhibitor 

  • PCEC does not provide storage for any Exhibitor items delivered or provide forklifting services 

  • Whilst making deliveries you MUST be in high-visibility clothing and enclosed shoes 

  • There is NO PARKING available on the loading dock

  • The Dock is a drop-off area only, vehicles will not be permitted to wait once unloaded.


Pick Up Information

The Pick Up Notice must be completed and attached to all items that require collection from PCEC. Please download the Pick Up Notice above listed under Important Links.

Please note that Consignment Notes will also be required by couriers.

Please note the below: 

  • There is NO FORKLIFTING outside of operational hours

  • Please ensure you are in high-visibility clothing and enclosed shoes

  • There is NO PARKING available on the loading dock

  • Left over items not collected within two business day of the event will be disposed of
