How to Book Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.
Block Hotel Bookings held by the Event Manager can be booked via the ANZAHPE 2025 registration process. This includes bookings for the Adina Apartments, Novotel Murray Street, Intercontinental and Parmelia Hilton. Bookings via the Event Managers block bookings are available up until 29 May 2025, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
If you have already registered for the ANZAHPE 2025 Conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking (prior to 29 May 2025), please contact the Event Manager at ANZAHPE2025@eventstudio.com.au quoting ANZAHPE 2025 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.

BLOCK HOTEL BOOKINGS are held by the Event Manager and can be booked conveniently via the ANZAHPE 2025 registration form. Event Studio have negotiated a special ANZAHPE 2025 rate specifically for delegates attending.
ADINA APARTMENTS HOTEL PERTH

Terms and Conditions for the Adina Apartments Hotel Perth
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (29 May 2025) and full payment will be charged by the hotel on this day
- A credit card in the name of the guest will be required to be presented on arrival to guarantee in room expenses with these to be settled on departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 29th May 2025).
- Any cancellation made within 30 days prior (From 30th May onwards) are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).
Other:
- Check-in time is 3.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Onsite Parking available at $30 per vehicle per night
- A surcharge of 1.2% will be charged for all payments made using a Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and American Express and 2.5% for Diners and JCB Cards.

Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (29 May 2025) and full payment will be charged by the hotel on this day
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 29th May 2025).
- Any cancellation made within 30 days prior (From 30th May onwards) are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).

- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Discounted Full Breakfast at $32 per person per day

Terms and Conditions for the InterContinental Perth City Centre
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (29 May 2025) and a deposit of 1 nights accommodation will be charged on this day
- Full payments will be charged at 14 days prior (15th June 2025)
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 29th May 2025).
- Any cancellation made 30 – 15 days prior (From 30th May to 14th June 2025) are subject to one nights cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation made within 14 days prior (From 15th June 2025 onwards) are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows are subject to full room charges (100% of your accommodation booking).
Other:
- Check in at 3pm and Check out at 11am
- Buffet Breakfast $45 per person
- Self-parking is available at the Wilson Central Park facility for $40 per night
- Valet Parking is available for $70 per night
