Chair Guidelines


On behalf of the ANZAHPE 2025 Program Committee, thank you to our Chairs and Co-chairs for contributing to the conference and chairing a session(s) for the upcoming conference.

Chairs are an important role to ensure each session runs smoothly and detailed chair guidelines are available to download below. 

Chair Allocations

Please refer to the most updated program with confirmed chairs allocated to sessions. CLICK HERE to download the most up-to-date program. 

** HINT: To easy locate your name, please 'Ctrl F'
** Please check the number of sessions your name appears as chair, as some chairs are allocated to more than one session. 

Chair Packs

For those chairing an Oral session (Workshop, PeArLS and Oral Presentations) session rooms will have following provided on a reserved table near the front of the room adjacent the lectern:

Chair Pack - including:

  • Program
  • Flash Cards (3 minutes. 1 minute, finish - A4 laminated cards)
  • Copy of the Chair Guidelines for your information
  • Bell (located on the table)

Please meet with the speakers in the session room a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the Session time, as indicated on the program. Confirm the order of presentations is as per the program. Inform the speakers of their presentation time limit and that you will cut them off if they exceed their allocated time.


For Poster Presenter Chairs,
 a copy of the guidelines will also be available on the poster board located at the beginning of your pod -
Blue Pod is located in the Southern Foyer, Yellow Pod is located in the Riverside Theatre Foyer and the Green Pod is located in the Northern Foyer.   All Posters will be clearly labelled.
