AATE ALEA 2024 will be held at:

Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide
North Terrace, Adelaide, South Australia
Access via North Terrace , up the escalators to the Main Entrance 

Parking

The Adelaide Convention Centre has two car parks to the general public. Maps for each of the carparks are shown below and under the 'Important Links' box above.

Shell Scheme Exhibition Booth

Each display is 3m wide x 3m deep x 2.4m high.

Shell Scheme 

  • Walls: 2.4m high Velcro-compatible frontrunner fabric finished walls
  • Colour – black
  • Fascia: Digital print fascia name board sign featuring single colour lettering on a white background
  • A company sign will be installed over each open side Full colour or logo name board signs can be produced at an additional cost (POA)
  • Lighting: 2 x LED spotlights per 3m x 3m booth (9sqm) or smaller
  • Power: 1 x 4amp power point per 3m x 3m booth (9sqm) or smaller
  • Not to be used: Pins, staples, screws, nails, bolts, paint or double-sided adhesive tape
  • To be used: Velcro, hook & chain 



Trestle Table & Chairs

If you have not arranged furniture hire through Adelaide Expo Hire, a black clothed trestle table and two (2) chairs can be arranged for you.

Table dimensions are 1800mm L x 750mm W x 750mm H. 

Please advise Event Studio by Friday 7th June if this a requirement.

Exhibition Delivery & Loading Dock Information

Please clearly label all your goods using one of the Adelaide Convention Centre delivery label, linked above under the 'Important Links' box.

Sponsors/Exhibitors will need to coordinate your own freight using the ACC Delivery Label based on the following loading dock instructions:

DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON WEDNESDAY 10 JULY - BETWEEN 8.00AM & 4.00PM

DELIVERIES WILL BE COLLECTED ON SATURDAY 13 JULY - BETWEEN 8.00am & 4.00PM

 The Adelaide Convention Centre takes NO RESPONSIBILITY in signing in items - courier needs to have Authority to Leave (ATL). 

All responsibility remains with the sender and onsite sponsor/exhibitor  representative.

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries must be scheduled with the Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace Loading Dock on 08 8210 6773 or ntld@avmc.com.au prior to there arrival.

Exhibitor items will be taken directly to your allocated booth by an ACC Porter during scheduled Exhibitor Bump-in: Wednesday 10 July 2024 1.30pm - 5.00pm

Exhibitor items will need to be clearly labelled and left at your booth for an ACC Porter to take to loading dock, during scheduled Exhibitor Bump-out: Saturday 13 July 11.30am - 2.00pm

Exhibitors are to coordinate your own freight for post conference collection from the Adelaide Convention Centre loading dock on Saturday 13 July.


Deliveries

To assist with your deliveries, you may wish to use a courier company familiar with the Adelaide Convention Centres policies. Please see below a suggested Courier Company the Adelaide Convention Centre has recommend who offer flexibility:

Storage

A dedicated storage area will be available for your use within the Exhibition Hall. Shown on the left side of the floorplan. It is recommended your boxes are clearly labelled, exhibitors are responsible for their own goods.


Satchel Inserts

Satchel Inserts will be setup as a ‘build your own’ satchel station. Inserts should be no larger than A4 in size.

Inserts can either be provided to registration staff at the Conference (by 1.30pm) OR delivered to our office by Friday 5th July 2024.

Estimated 600 inserts will suffice as it is a build your own station and not all delegates collect all inserts.

Public Liability Insurance

All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability. It is recommended exhibitors hold public and product liability insurance based on a limit of indemnity to the minimum value of $10 million dollars. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties / visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. We ask exhibitors to provide a copy of their insurance policy and certified currency upon request.

Please ensure all display builders, sub-contractors, suppliers and booth staff are given this information. They must be familiar with the venues regulations of use.
