Forty Years since Ian Reid’s The Making of Literature – its past, present and future
To mark 40 years since the release of Ian Reid’s The Making of Literature, the pre-conference symposium will explore its influence and impact on the teaching of English and Literature. Speakers will include Ian Reid, Trish Dowsett, Bill Green, Larissa McLean Davies, Rod Quin,Duncan Driver and Claire Jones who will discuss their perspectives on the ‘gallery’, ‘workshop’ and other approaches to the teaching of literature. Delegates will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and understandings throughout the event.
Included in registration for the pre-conference symposium, delegates will receive an ebook of Ian Reid’s The Making of Literature.
