On behalf of the AATE/ALEA 2024 Program Committee, thank you to our Chairs for contributing and chairing a session(s) for the upcoming conference.
Chairs are an important role to ensure each session runs smoothly and detailed chair guidelines are available to download below.
Chair Packs
For those chairing an Oral session, all rooms will have following provided on a reserved table near the front of the room adjacent the lectern:
Chair Pack - including:
- Program
- Flash Cards (5 minutes and 1 minute A4 cards)
- Copy of the Chair Guidelines for your information
