Registration Entitlements
The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:
Full Registration
- All sessions
- Ticket to Welcome Reception
- Ticket to Social Dinner
- Morning and Afternoon Teas, Lunches
Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Student registrants are entitled to the following:
- All sessions
- Ticket to Welcome Reception
- Ticket to Social Dinner
- Morning and afternoon teas, lunches
Please note: A copy of your student identification card may be requested by the Event Manager as evidence of your student status.

Additional Guest Tickets
Registration fees (full and student) include 1 x inclusive Welcome Reception ticket and 1 x inclusive Social Dinner ticket. Additional Guest tickets can be purchased for an additional fee at point of registration.

Terms and Conditions
Registration Confirmation
Your registration and payment will be confirmed via email upon completion of registration.
Payment by Credit Card
- Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment.
- All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as “EVENT STUDIO GROUP PTY LTD”.
Other Payment options
If you are unable to pay by credit card, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation containing details to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer
