The Adelaide Fringe (Adelaide's annual arts festival) will be held in Adelaide from 16 February – 17 March 2024. This event will impact travel and is causing an extremely high demand for accommodation across Adelaide, as well as resulting in rapid fluctuation of room rates per night. We strongly encourage delegates to secure accommodation bookings at their earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

How to Book Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.
BLOCK HOTEL BOOKINGS held by the Event Manager can be booked via the NDLR 2024 registration process. This includes bookings for the Adelaide Oval Hotel, The Playford MGallery and the Adelaide Rockford. Bookings via the Event Managers block bookings are available up until 1 February 2024, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
If you have already registered for the NDLR Meeting and wish to add on an accommodation booking (prior to 1 February 2024), please contact the Event Manager at contact@eventstudio.com.au quoting NDLR 2024 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.
Any DIRECT HOTEL DISCOUNT LINKS are to be booked on delegates own accord, and instructions on how to book these are listed further below on this page.
Amending Accommodation Bookings
For bookings made through the Event Manager, please contact Event Studio to advise of any change requests to bookings (prior to 1 February 2024) and refrain from contacting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings (prior to 1 February 2024) must be written via email to contact@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote NDLR 2024 Accommodation in your email.Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.

Terms and Conditions for Adelaide Oval
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Event Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (1 February 2024) for full-payment by hotel prior to arrival.
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 1 February 2024).
- Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival (from 2 February 2024 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation policy (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 2.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Each Guest receives a complimentary welcome drink on arrival. Complimentary Wi-Fi and full Foxtel package is also included.
- Breakfast is not included in the above rate. Can be organised directly with the hotel at an additional $29.00pp.
- Early check-in: If you have an early morning arrival or require an early check-in, the hotel recommend you make a room reservation the night prior to the arrival date.
