Dr. Stephen Taylor 

Stephen received his PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Wollongong (2006), and was a postdoctoral fellow in radiopharmaceutical sciences at ANSTO from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Stephen was Principal Radiochemist in the Department of Nuclear Medicine at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and he was Principal Hospital Scientist in the department of Nuclear Medicine at Liverpool Hospital from 2017-2019. He is now Principal Hospital Scientist in the Department of Molecular Imaging at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. Stephen is certified by the ACPESM in radiopharmaceutical sciences, was a foundation member of the RPS certification panel and works as an assessor and site accreditor for the college. While the majority of his work is the development and supply of clinical radiopharmaceuticals, his research interests include labelling methodologies.
