Awards – Curium, GMS, Shimadzu, AANMS Registrars' Research Award

AANMS Registrars' Research Award
AANMS Registrars Researrch Award nominees will be contacted by the Australasian Association of Nuclear Medicine Specialists.
Curium Award
All papers nominated for the award will be reviewed by a panel of 3 independent nuclear medicine technologists judging eligibility for the award based on originality, presentation and analysis of the results and contribution to nuclear medicine technology. The top three (3) scoring abstracts, as deemed by the expert panel will be the finalists and will be required to present their work as per the award rules at the ASM.
The authors of the top three (3) scoring abstracts will be contacted and you will be requested to provide a personally signed statement countersigned by the department head, indicating the extent of assistance given by others so that the judges can make an assessment of the proportion of the work done by the author(s) of the paper. This statement, plus an electronic copy of a one page summary of results to date in scientific format must be provided to the conference organisers by Tuesday 27 April, 2021.

GMS Poster Award
The award entrant must submit a JPG/PDF of the poster as well as 1 or 2 PowerPoint slides giving a summary of their work. These shall be in the hands of the conference organisers by Tuesday 27 April, 2021.

Shimadzu Award
Candidates must provide a statement countersigned by their supervisor or department head indicating the extent of assistance received during the course of the work. This statement must be submitted to the conference organisers by Tuesday 27 April, 2021.
