Please find below additional resources to assist you in participating at the live event during the ANZAHPE Festival
Please refer to the information for each session you are participating in:
- Oral Presentations (IPL, EdTec, PCW, Assessment, FacDev, Curriculum)
- PeArLS, Workshops, Symposia and Poster Presentations
It is recommended all presenters and chairs participating in the program attend a briefing session to familairise themselves with the virtual platform and ensure camera and mic is working.
A speaker briefing booking link has been sent to all Presenters and Chairs. Please contact our office if you need this re-issued.
PLEASE NOTE: you must book a session to receive a link to access the virtual platform and participate in the briefing.

Presenter and Chair Instructions:
If you are participating in the IPL, EdTec, PCW, Assessment, FacDev, Curriculum session or a Workshop, Symposia, Pearls or Poster Discussion Group, a step by step guide is available and information on your participation is provided.

Oral Presentations: Briefing Session Video
Attending the briefing sessions allows you test your camera and audio and ask any questions. In addition, an overview of what to expect and how to best manage our involvement on he day will also be covered.
If you are participating in the IPL, EdTec, PCW, Assessment, FacDev, Curriculum a video recording of the introduction to the briefing session is available here for those who are unable to attend.
