Lynne Schinella is a professional conference speaker, MC and leading expert on helping shift workplace cultures through fostering tolerance and respect for our differences.

Lynne’s roots are firmly based in the tourism industry, taking off with TAA, UTA French Airlines and Continental Airlines before bedding down with hotels Hyatt and Radisson. After a stint in Tahiti working for both Continental and the Beachcomber Hotel, she returned to Australia to set up Schinella Incentives, an award winning PCO and incentive company.

One decade and a mid life crisis later, Lynne established Ripe Learning, a training company designed to help people engage and connect for both better personal and professional results, creating the popular Fruit Personality Profiling Tool.

She is the author of two books, Bite Me! the do's and don'ts of dealing with our differences and Pick Me! Loving and Living with People You Just Don’t Get. She is also the podcast host of the crowd pleasing Fruitful Conversations and Fruitful Pairs.

Lynne enjoys regional life in the beautiful northern rivers of NSW.
