How to book Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only. **PLEASE NOTE: Block Bookings for the Crystalbrook Newcastle and QT Newcastle are now closed.**
BLOCK HOTEL BOOKINGS held by the Convention Manager can be booked via the 2023 ARTC registration process. This includes bookings for the Crystalbrook Kingsley and the QT Newcastle. Bookings via the Convention Managers block bookings are available up until 7 September 2023, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
If you have already registered for the convention and wish to add on an accommodation booking (prior to 8 September 2023), please contact the Convention Manager at contact@eventstudio.com.au quoting 2023 ARTC Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.
Any DIRECT HOTEL DISCOUNT LINKS are to be booked on delegates own accord, and instructions on how to book these are listed further below on this page.
Amending Accommodation Bookings
For bookings made through the Convention Manager, please contact Event Studio to advise of any change requests to bookings (prior to 8 September 2023) and refrain from contacting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings (prior to 8 September 2023) must be written via email to contact@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote 2023 ARTC Accommodation in your email.Only if you have booked and paid directly with a hotel, should you contact them directly.

Terms and Conditions for Crystalbrook Kingsley
Payment Policy:
- Credit card guarantee required to secure booking at point of registration, which will be forwarded by the Conference Manager to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference (8 September 2023) for full-payment by hotel prior to arrival.
- All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 8 September 2023).
- Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival (from 9 September 2023 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 3.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Breakfast is not included in the above rate. Can be organised directly with the hotel at an additional $30.00pp.
- Early check-in: If you have an early morning arrival or require an early check-in, the hotel recommend you make a room reservation the night prior to the arrival date.
