All presenters are to load up their PowerPoint Presentation slides Onsite at the Conference in Adelaide to Techs in Speaker Support.
An overview of accepted Presentations are detailed as follows:
Pre-Conference Workshops
Overview: Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on Wednesday 12 June.
Location: Held in the Exhibition Hall (level 1) and Gallery Room (level 1), National Wine Centre
Room Set up: All rooms will be set up cabaret style with round tables to allow for delegate engagement and interaction.
Presentation / Session Style: Workshops are designed to highly interactive and hands on with the delegates in attendance.
Presentation Length: – 30 minutes in total.
Overview: Plenary sessions are part of the conference program where all delegates attend in one larger session room.
Location: Held in the Hickinbotham Hall, National Wine Centre
Room Set up: All rooms will be set up cabaret style (open ended round tables) to allow for delegate engagement and interaction.
Presentation / Session Style: Varied as a Keynote, Panel or Debate
Presentation Length: vary – please refer to the program. If preparing a presentation it is recommended you incorporate 10 minutes Q&A into your allocated time.
Overview: Concurrent Sessions are scheduled at the same time in the program and held in different session rooms, allowing delegates to choose the session they wish to attend.
Location: Held in the Hickinbotham Hall (ground floor) and Exhibition Hall (Level One), National Wine Centre
Presentation / Session Style: Your allocated presentation time can be used how you wish and may be the following styles:
Please note, presentations should be as interactive and participative as possible, incorporating takeaways/practical applications and ensuring time allowance for questions and answers form the audience.
Length: 40 presentation plus 10 minutes Q&A (50 minutes in total)
Room Set Up: All rooms throughout the AITD 2024 Conference Program will be set up cabaret style. This is open ended round tables with 8 sets per table.
