Authors are kindly invited to submit their formatted full papers.


Key Dates for Full Paper Submission:

  • Author Notification and Full Paper Invitation - 23 March 2022
  • Full Paper Deadline - EXTENDED TO 20 MAY 2022 
  • Peer Review Process - May 2022
  • Program Announcement Expected - June 2022
  • Presenter Registration Deadline - June 2022


Invitation for Full Papers

Authors with an accepted abstract are now invited to submit a full paper. Email advice notifying authors of their abstract acceptance was issued on Wednesday 23 March. Full papers are encouraged, however optional with a provision of 6 weeks to make the final submission.

The final stage of the call abstract process is peer review. Information regarding expected notifications on the outcome of the peer review will be updated on the conference website.

Full Paper Submission: Your full paper must be submitted via the 22AWC Presentation Portal. Your personalised link providing access back into the presentation portal is included in your author acceptance email sent to your nominated email address on Wednesday 23 March.


Please follow the below steps to submit:
  1. Login to the personalised link sent with your author acceptance;
  2. Navigate to the ‘Edit Submission Tab’;
  3. Click into the relevant submission(s) and find the submission upload tab for full papers;
  4. Follow the steps in the system and remember to press SUBMIT to ensure your full paper submission is uploaded.
A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address when your full paper has been successfully uploaded. If you are unable to submit your full paper via the online portal and experience difficulties, please contact the Conference Manager via 22AWC@eventstudio.com.au

How to Submit your Full Paper

Full Paper Submission: Your full paper must be submitted via the 22AWC Presentation Portal. Your personalised link providing access back into the presentation portal is included in your author acceptance email sent to your nominated email address on Wednesday 23 March.

  1. Login to the personalised link sent with your author acceptance;

**Please note, if you have an abstract with Accepted - Poster Presentation and would like to submit a full paper, please email the conference manager with an attachment to directly to 22AWC@eventstudio.com.au. Your full paper submission will be uploaded manually to your author account for inclusion in the next stage of peer review.
