SA Health - Step up. Stay Safe.

It's more important than ever that we keep control of COVID. To do so, we need to continue doing the simple things that keep us safe — reducing the risk of catching and spreading the virus in the community.

Step up and stay safe:

  • Get tested and stay home if unwell
  • Wear a mask where required
  • Always check-in
  • Practice good hand hygiene
  • Physical distance

Find more information below on how to be COVID-safe, visit the SA Health website here.

Adelaide Oval COVID-19 Requirements

The Conference venue, Adelaide Oval, has worked closely with SA Health and SAPOL to put in place measures to ensure events are as safe as possible.

As of Friday 15 April 2022, visitors to Adelaide Oval will no longer be required to show proof of double COVID 19 vaccination. This change has been made on the basis of South Australia’s high vaccination rate, continued easing of restrictions and the return to 100% capacity. Make sure you keep up to date with, and abide by, all Adelaide Oval Conditions of Entry.

Please visit the Adelaide Oval's COVIDSafe Measures webpage here for the latest detailed information and conditions of entry:

https://www.adelaideoval.com.au/covidsafe-measures/

We will continue to update this page as further resources are made available.

COVID FAQ's

What happens if I am unable to travel to the conference due to a change in COVID-19 related Government travel restrictions?

- Options for delegate remote access to the conference content are currently under review with the aim to accommodate your needs as best we can.

- If you had been selected to give an oral presentation you will have the option to provide a pre-recording of your presentation that we will play to delegates during your scheduled session.

What if the conference, or my attendance, is disrupted by COVID-19?

We have multiple contingency plans in place for a range of scenarios, and will have as flexible an approach as possible to maximise participation and minimise disruption. At all times we will adhere to health department advice.

What can I do as a delegate to assist in a COVID-safe environment?

We encourage delegates to assist in making the Conference a COVID-safe environment. Help us by continuing to practice proper hand hygiene; adhering to physical distancing measures; wearing a mask if and as required and staying home if you feel unwell.
