Parking

Rydges are attached to a public car park and offer a rate of $45 per day for any delegates attending an event.

Alternative Carpark locations:

  • Southern Cross Carpark
    129 Bourke Street with 2.1m clearance (a 2 min walk)
  • Daniel’s Car Park
    217- 231 Lonsdale Street can accommodate cargo vans, flat bed tracks, film crew vans, deliver fans. CCTV and patrolled. Open Air (a 6 min walk)


Booth Package Inclusions

Shell Scheme - Each display is 3m wide x 1m deep

Walling
2.5m high Octanorm structure with white melamine panels

Fascia sign
Digitally printed company name sign with single colour text on a white background. A fascia sign will be installed across the front of each booth

Lighting
2 x track spotlights per 9spm
Lights fixed to the inside front facia

Power
1 x 4amp power outlet, per stand, located in the back corner

To be used
UHU tac white putty (white tac), 3M Command picture hanging strips, hook &chain 

Not to be used
Pins, staples, screws, nails, bolts, Velcro, paint or double-sided adhesive tape. (Please note that a charge will be invoiced to exhibitors for any wall panel damage)

Exhibitor Delivery Information

Please clearly label all your goods using the Rydges Melbourne Delivery Label, linked below and under the 'Important Links' above.

Sponsors/Exhibitors will need to coordinate own freight using the Rydges Melbourne Delivery Label based on the following:

All good to be delivered between 7:00am and 3:00pm

All goods need to be within specifications below for the delivery to be accepted.
A Pallet Jack is not available.
A Pallet Jack cannot be used due to space constraints.

Public Liability Insurance

All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability. It is recommended exhibitors hold public and product liability insurance based on a limit of indemnity to the minimum value of $10 million dollars. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties / visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. We ask exhibitors to provide a copy of their insurance policy and certified currency upon request.

Please ensure all display builders, sub-contractors, suppliers and booth staff are given this information. They must be familiar with the venues regulations of use.
