Field Tours
Please note, attendance at a Field Tour is an additional cost to your registration fee. Field Tour registration fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
$150.00 per person
Field Tour tickets are charged per person, are not included in registration fees and are an additional expense. The option to purchase tickets will be displayed after you have selected a registration type on the registration form. For further information on how to register, click here. Already registered? Please refer to the link in your registration confirmation email to gain access back into your registration to make amendments.
- Return bus transport, departing from/returning to the National Wine Centre of Australia,
- Lunch,
- Light refreshments.

All Tours will depart the National Wine Centre (Hackney Road) at 8.00am SHARP.

North Tour:
Vegetable Production
A rare opportunity to visit the Northern Adelaide Plains horticultural areas. Join us for a tour of a 60ha glasshouse space, the largest in Australia in covered vegetable production. See brassica, cauliflower and potatoes displaying Integrated pest management and field sites incorporating carrot, potato, and onion production. Local experts will share their experience and challenges in the industry first-hand as we explore the issues faced by the Horticultural industry.
Departs 8.00am returning 5.00pm.
Drop off at the Adelaide Central Market or Wine Centre on return. Further updates will be provided closer to the event.
South/Adelaide Hills Tour:
Perennial Crops
Join us for the charm of the Adelaide Hills as we explore perennial crops including apple, pear and cherry orchards, vineyards, production tree nursery, strawberries, topped with behind the scenes brewing and distillery.
Departs 8.00am returning 5.00pm.
