HOW TO BOOK ACCOMODATION
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.
Block bookings held by the Conference Manager can be booked via the Conference registration process. This includes bookings for the Crowne Plaza Adelaide. If you have already registered for the conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking, please contact APPS2023@eventstudio.com.au quoting APPS2023 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable. **PLEASE NOTE: Block Bookings for the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express are now closed.**
Any direct hotel discount links are to be booked on delegates own accord, and instructions on how to book these are contained within the hotel’s information listed below.
Please note: Due to the Valo Adelaide 500 being held in Adelaide and impacting accommodation, bookings for accommodation are limited. Bookings can be made from now up until 30 days out from arrival (Thursday 19 October 2023). From 20 October 2023 onwards, bookings are closed. All new accommodation booking request from this date are required to be made directly to the hotels based on their availability.

Terms and Conditions for Adelaide Crowne Plaza
Payment Policy:
- Delegates must provide a credit card guarantee to secure a booking, which will be securely forwarded to the hotel 30 days prior to arrival for full pre-payment.
- When booking, delegates agree and understand the hotel will charge their credit card for 100% of the total accommodation booking 30 days prior to arrival. Please refer to the selected hotels website for details on surcharges that apply to credit card payments - note: Crowne Plaza Adelaide Policy: all credit card payments incur a 1.3% to 3% surcharge for all cards, in addition to the total amount payable.
- All guests are then responsible for paying any remaining balances direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure relating to any incidental charges which may be incurred during their stay.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival (any time prior to 20 October 2023).
- Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival (from 20 October 2023 onwards) are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
Other:
- Check-in time is 03.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Breakfast is not included in the above rate, however can be added by the guest for $29.00 per person, per night.
- Room configuration requests will be sent to the hotel but are subject to availability of the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.
- Early check-in: If you have an early morning arrival or require an early check-in, the request early check-in request will be sent to the hotel but is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guests wishing to have a 100% guarantee of an early check-in will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
