Bo Hanson has spent more than 25 years working across elite sport, business, education, and high-performance environments, specialising in leadership, coaching, and team development.
After a successful career in the sport of Rowing, including four Olympics and three Olympic Medals, Bo founded Team8 in 2003 and Athlete Assessments in 2007. Bo now focuses on working with clients in business, education, and sporting industries across the globe to achieve their own success, getting the best out of the people, and has attained an unmatched track-record in doing exactly this. In recognition of this, Bo was also the winner of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) 2023 Award for L&D Professional of the Year, for his dedication to L&D and transformational work across various industries.
Having presented at more than 100 international conferences, Bo is known for his practical, engaging style and his ability to translate high-performance lessons into real-world results.
