Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.  Student registrants are entitled to the following:

• Full registration to 3 day Meeting 
• Ticket to Welcome Reception
• Ticket to Social Dinner
• Morning and afternoon teas, lunches

PLEASE NOTE: All registration rates will appear (Earlybird and Standard). Earlybird rates have now expired and are no longer available.

All registration fees (Full and Student) include 1 x inclusive Welcome Reception ticket and 1 x inclusive Social Dinner ticket. For catering purposes, please ensure you indicate your attendance at each social function below by selecting your inclusive tickets, or advising you will not be attending.

Need to book accommodation? Block bookings have been negotiated by the Convention Manager at hotels close to the venue. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST and must be booked through the Event Manager, Event Studio. 

Rooms are strictly limited and bookings are on a first come first served basis. Rates do not include breakfast and rates provided for each of the hotels are per night, room only. Rates are specific to the event dates only (3, 4, 5, 6 March 2024). Should you wish to enquire about additional dates, please contact the Event Manager. 

Please ensure that you read the individual accommodation providers terms and conditions carefully when your search options appear. You will be asked to agree to payment and cancellation terms and conditions below. Any amendments or cancellations to accommodation bookings made must be supplied in writing via email to the Event Manager by 1 February 2024.

A credit card must be supplied as a guarantee to make an accommodation booking. Bookings will only be received if your registration is completed and a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.
