ACCOMMODATION
Block bookings and/or exclusive conference discount codes have been negotiated by the Conference Manager at select hotels close to the venue, the National Wine Centre of Australia. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Conference dates only. Rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates quoted are per night, room only.
BLOCK HOTEL BOOKINGS held by the Conference Manager can be booked via the AITD 2024 registration process. This includes bookings for the Crowne Plaza Adelaide and the Ibis Adelaide. Bookings via the Event Managers Block Bookings are available up until 7 May 2024, after which point they will be closed. We encourage you to book at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
If you have already registered for the conference and wish to add on an accommodation booking, please contact AITD2024@eventstudio.com.au quoting AITD 2024 Accommodation and your requested dates, and our team will advise you of availability on your requested dates and add this onto your registration for you if suitable.

For bookings made through the Conference Manager, please contact Event Studio to advise of any change requests to bookings and refrain from contacting the hotel direct. All changes to accommodation bookings must be written via email to AITD2024@eventstudio.com.au. Please quote AITD 2024 Accommodation in your email.

Payment Policy
- Delegates must provide a credit card guarantee to secure a booking, which will be securely forwarded to the hotel on the 7 May 2024 for pre-payment.
- When booking, delegates agree and understand the hotel will charge their credit card for 100% of the total accommodation from the 7 May 2024. Please refer to the selected hotels website for details on surcharges that apply to credit card payments - note: Crowne Plaza Adelaide Policy: all credit card payments incur a 2% to 3% surcharge for all cards, in addition to the total amount payable.
- All guests are then responsible for paying any remaining balances direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure relating to any incidental charges which may be incurred during their stay.
- Cancellation can be made any time prior to 6 May 2024.
- Any cancellation made from 7 May 2024 onwards are subject to full room charges due to hotel cancellation penalty (100% of your accommodation booking).
- Non arrivals/no shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the accommodation not utilized (100% of your accommodation stay).
- Check-in time is 03.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am.
- Breakfast is not included in the above rate, however can be added by the guest for $32.00 per person, per night.
- Room configuration requests will be sent to the hotel but are subject to availability of the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.
- Early check-in: If you have an early morning arrival or require an early check-in, the request early check-in request will be sent to the hotel but is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Guests wishing to have a 100% guarantee of an early check-in will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
