The Playford Adelaide has prepared an External Contractors Form which is designed to ensure that all clients, contractors and suppliers comply with the Legislation and the Hotel’s policies and procedures regarding Occupational Health, Safety and the Environment.
Sponsors/Exhibitors will need to coordinate own freight using the The Playford Delivery Label based on the following loading dock instructions:
DELIVERIES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE EVENT
AND MUST BE COLLECTED BY MONDAY, 23 JUNE 2025
ALL GOODS TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 7.30AM & 8.00PM WEEKDAYS
(NOTE: The Playford takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for incorrectly labelled or unsealed packages. Any items not collected from the hotel will be disposed of responsibility)
Limited storage is available within the exhibition area for small cartons and/or promotional materials such as brochures and giveaways. Exhibitors are advised to ensure all cartons, boxes and wrapping materials are removed from their stands prior to the registration open time. The Playford will not be responsible for storing boxes and display material and cannot be held responsible for the security of items left in any storage area. Exhibitors are solely responsible for goods placed in designated storage areas and are to ensure all items are labelled accurately.
All sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability. It is recommended exhibitors hold public and product liability insurance based on a limit of indemnity to the minimum value of $20 million dollars. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties / visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. We ask exhibitors to provide a copy of their insurance policy and certified currency upon request.
Please ensure all display builders, sub-contractors, suppliers and booth staff are given this information. They must be familiar with the venues regulations of use.
