Registration fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

The full registration fee includes:

 - All conference sessions

 - Conference materials including name badge and conference program

 - Day Catering (Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 March)

 - Welcome Reception (Tuesday 3 March)

 

Attendance at the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 4 March is not included in the registration fee and will incur an additional charge for all participants.

 

Tickets to the Conference Dinner and additional (guest) tickets to the Welcome Reception, can be purchased separately on the following pages.

Day Registration

The day registration fees include all conference sessions, catering and support materials on the nominated day - Wednesday 4, and Thursday 5 March 2026.

Virtual Registration

The virtual registration fees include a link to view all conference sessions on Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 March, 2026.

 

This registration fee has been offered to ensure the 2026 Variable Charge Soil Conference is accessible to a broad audience. The virtual attendance is an option  for delegates who are located overseas, based in Western Australia, or are students and others who are restricted by travel. This option has been designed to support participants facing challenges such as visa limitations, travel costs, and accessibility constraints, while still enabling meaningful engagement with the conference program.

Payment by Credit Card

Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment. All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as “EVENT STUDIO GROUP PTY LTD”.

 

Payment via Invoice/Electronic Funds Transfer

If you are unable to pay by credit card, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation containing details to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer.
