Accommodation

Need to book accommodation? Block bookings have been negotiated at hotels close to the venue. Prices are in Australian dollars (inc. GST) and must be booked through the Event Manager. 

Details of the individual accommodation providers and their terms and conditions can be found via the accommodation page on the Conference Website. Any amendments or cancellations to accommodation bookings made must be supplied in writing via email to the Event Manager by 18 July 2025.

There are two (2) Accommodation Options that can be booked via the Registration Form:

Rydges Melbourne (same as the Conference Venue) - Check in from Tuesday 19th Aug and Check out up until Friday 22nd Aug

Oaks Melbourne on Lonsdale Suites - Check in from Monday 18th Aug and Check out up until Friday 22nd Aug
