Welcome to the 2023 Trans-Tasman Rock Lobster Conference in Adelaide South Australia, the lobster and wine capital of Australia. 

The South Australian Northern Zone Rock Lobster Fishermen’s Association Inc.(SANZRLFA) is proud to host this exciting conference where we will be exploring the theme “The Changing Environment - (Charting The Course)”.

Since the amazing Queenstown 2019 conference, the world has seen rapid change and the Rock Lobster industry has experienced unprecedented market dynamics. Between the two countries the industry has experienced polar opposite experiences but the learning opportunities to be shared at the conference are of outmost importance.

The rock lobster world has changed and all stakeholders are required to chart a new course  to meet the changing environment. The need for robust and collaborative management and adaptive capabilities has never been more profound. This conference will help lead the industry to become more homogenous than ever before and the learnings provide a perfect platform for the entire supply chain to thrive and future proof its operational footprint by discussing “The Changing Environment – (Charting The Course)".
