Registration Fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

 

Full Registration fees include:

  • Attendance at all Conference sessions (excluding workshops) Monday 13th - Wednesday 16th September 2026; 
  • Morning / Afternoon Teas and Lunches; 
  • Electronic access to the Conference Proceedings; 
  • Conference materials; 
  • Attendance to the Welcome Drinks Sunday 13th September 2026 

Attendance at the Workshops (Sunday), Conference Dinner (Tuesday) and Technical Tours (Thursday) will incur additional charges.

 

A Presenter is deemed the nominated person (individual) who will present an oral platform paper or poster at the Conference. Joint presentations will not be considered at the Conference. All other listed authors should register at the non-presenter rate. 

Student registration fees apply to full-time students producing a letter confirming their enrolment status.

Under-Resourced Nations / Developing Countries registrants do not have to provide confirmation of status - the conference organisers trust attendees who take up this option only if they fall into this category.

Day Registrations

The Day Registration fees include all Conference sessions on the selected day only - Monday 14th, Tuesday 15th or Wednesday 16th September 2026 - and daytime catering on the nominated day.

Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner are NOT included in day registrations but can be purchased for an additional cost.

Technical Tour

The CleanUp 2026 Technical Tour is scheduled for Thursday 17 September 2026.

 

The Tour will depart from the Adelaide Convention Centre at 8.30am with an expected return time of 3.30pm. Tours will include light refreshments and lunch. Further details on tour locations and itinerary will be available soon.

Accommodation

Need to book accommodation? Block bookings have been negotiated by the Conference Manager at hotels close to the venue. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST and must be booked through the Conference Manager, Event Studio. 

 

Rooms are strictly limited, and bookings are on a first come first served basis. Rates provided for each of the hotels are per night, room only. Should you wish to enquire about additional dates, please contact the Conference Manager.

 

Please ensure that you read the individual accommodation providers terms and conditions carefully when your search options appear. You will be asked to agree to payment and cancellation terms and conditions below. Any amendments or cancellations to accommodation bookings made must be supplied in writing via email to the Conference Manager by 11 August 2026.
