Chemène is a freelance learning and performance specialist who helps individuals and organisations design and facilitate learning experiences that help people perform better—at work, in the community or personally.
Chemène is a regular conference speaker and workshop facilitator. She specialises in good practice education and business communication, drawing on her experience as an elite athlete, sports coach, schoolteacher, business and VET professional to inform her work. An accomplished writer, Chemène has written training materials used by more than 150 organisations throughout Australia and internationally.

Michelle Ockers is the co-founder and Chief Learning Strategist at Learning Uncut, helping organisations build high impact L&D functions. She hosts the Learning Uncut podcast, sharing case studies of real learning solutions. Michelle was the Australian Institute of Training and Development’s Learning Professional of the Year in 2019, and also received the 2019 Internet Time Alliance Jay Cross Memorial Award for contribution to informal learning.
