Group Registration

Group registrations are available to for a minimum of 3 registrants - with each registrant receiving a 10% discount from their nominated registration package.

Please note: The Pre-Conference Workshop Registration Ticket is an additional charge.

 

Information you will need to complete a registration

To complete a group registration, you will need the following information from each delegate:

  • First name, last name, phone, and email address, etc
  • Registration Package
  • Pre-Conference Workshop Ticket (if applicable)
  • Dietary requirements
  • Position description
  • Accommodation requirements - with credit card information (if applicable)

You will need to follow the process and complete a registration for each individual under the group registration.

Registration Fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST

 

The Conference Registration fees includes:

  • All Conference sessions (Thursday 13 June and Friday 14 June)
  • Conference Materials including Name Badge, Satchel and Conference Handbook 
  • Morning/afternoon teas and lunch (Thursday 13 June and Friday 14 June)
  • Welcome Reception (Thursday 13 June)

Payment by Credit Card

Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment. All transactions by credit card will appear on your bank statement as “EVENT STUDIO GROUP PTY LTD”.

Payment via Invoice/Electronic Funds Transfer

If you are unable to pay by credit card, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation containing details to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer.
